The Golf Loft is an upscale indoor golf and entertainment destination blending golf and hospitality.

Our original Hanover, PA location features 4 Trackman bays, club fittings, instruction, and membership options.

Our flagship 13,000 square foot location in State College, PA boasts 10 Trackman bays, a full bar and kitchen, PuttView, Dartsee, and a 7,000 square foot front patio overlooking Beaver Stadium.

We currently have 10+ locations in development throughout the Northeast and Midwest.

Role Description

The Server at The Golf Loft – State College is responsible for delivering a high-quality hospitality and food & beverage experience to guests throughout the facility, including simulator bays, tables, and common areas.

Servers play a key role in guest satisfaction by providing attentive service, maintaining accuracy and efficiency, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality

  • Provide professional, friendly food and beverage service to guests
  • Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned bays and tables
  • Anticipate guest needs and enhance the overall guest experience

Team & Operations Support

  • Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, starters, and management
  • Support service flow during high-volume periods
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Compliance & Standards

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Uphold The Golf Loft brand standards for service, professionalism, and appearance
  • Handle payments accurately and responsibly

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Responsible alcohol service mindset
